HOW DOES IT WORK?
THE POWER OF CEDAR OIL. Cedar oil affects octopamine, which is vital for the life of pheromone-driven pests (like fleas and ticks) as it regulates heart rate, movement, and behavior in insect pests. Cedar oil blocks the octopamine neurotransmitter receptors in pests, causing the insects to be repelled from the area. When they come into contact with it, they suffocate and die. Mammals, birds, fish, amphibians, and beneficial sight-based insects are not affected by cedar oil as they do not possess octopamine neurotransmitters.
