Each 1g contains: Tincture equiv. dry: Arnica montana flower 4.5mg; Arnica montana root
500mcg; Tincture equiv. fresh juice: Urtica urens, herb 475mg; in water/ethanol base.

HOW TO USE:
Adults and Children above 6 months: Spray the affected area and allow to dry. Repeat if
necessary, until itching and swelling have eased. Or as directed by your health care
